The Bid/No Bid App is a digital service providing time-limited access to an online assessment tool and downloadable reports.

Because access is granted immediately upon purchase, refunds are handled slightly differently from physical products.

This policy explains when refunds may (and may not) be issued for:

  • 24-Hour Access
  • 30-Day Access
  • Annual Unlimited Access

Digital Access Products

All Bid/No Bid App products are delivered instantly and provide access to proprietary tools, scoring logic, and downloadable outputs.

Once access has been granted, the service is considered used.


24-Hour Access

Refunds are not available for the 24-Hour Access product once access has been granted.

This product is designed as a short, low-commitment option, providing immediate access to a complete Bid/No Bid assessment.

We recommend reviewing the product description carefully before purchase.


30-Day Access

Refunds for the 30-Day Access product are not normally provided once access has been granted.

However, in exceptional circumstances (for example, a verified technical issue preventing access), we may review refund requests submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Any approved refund will be issued at our discretion.


Annual Unlimited Access

For Annual Unlimited Access, refund requests may be considered within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The service has not been materially used, and
  • No assessments or reports have been generated, or usage has been minimal.

After 14 days, or once the service has been actively used, refunds are not available.


Technical Issues

If you experience a genuine technical problem that prevents you from accessing the Bid/No Bid App, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will always aim to:

  • Resolve access issues promptly, or
  • Provide an appropriate resolution where access cannot be restored.

Technical support issues do not automatically guarantee a refund.


Incorrect Purchases

If you believe you have purchased the wrong access option in error, please contact us immediately.

We may, at our discretion:

  • Transfer your purchase to a different access tier, or
  • Apply credit towards another Bid Perfect service.

How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email:

  • Your name
  • The email address used at checkout
  • Order number
  • Brief explanation of the request

We aim to respond within 2 working days.


Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or amend this Refunds & Returns Policy at any time.

The version published on this website at the time of purchase will apply.
