We sell digital access products to the Bid/No Bid App via our WooCommerce-powered shop, including:

  • 24-Hour Access
  • 30-Day Access
  • Annual Unlimited Access

All products provide time-limited access to an online assessment tool and related outputs, such as scoring results and downloadable reports.

No physical goods are supplied.

3. Account Creation and Access

When you purchase a product, an account may be automatically created using the email address provided at checkout.

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login details
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate
  • All activity carried out under your account

Access is granted per user, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Payment is taken at the point of purchase via our secure payment providers, including Stripe.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change prices at any time
  • Correct pricing errors before or after an order is placed

5. Access Periods

Access durations are fixed according to the product purchased:

  • 24-Hour Access – access expires 24 hours after activation
  • 30-Day Access – access expires 30 days after activation
  • Annual Unlimited Access – access expires 12 months after activation

Unused time cannot be carried forward or extended unless agreed in advance.

6. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Due to the nature of digital access products, refunds are limited once access has been granted.

7. Use of the Bid/No Bid App

You agree to use the Bid/No Bid App:

  • For lawful business purposes only
  • In accordance with these Terms
  • Without attempting to copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse the platform

You must not:

  • Share access credentials with others
  • Resell or redistribute access
  • Use the app in a way that disrupts or damages the service

8. Intellectual Property

All content, tools, logic, scoring models, designs, and outputs provided through the Bid/No Bid App are the intellectual property of Bid Perfect®.

Purchasing access grants you a limited, non-transferable licence to use the service for your internal business purposes only.

No ownership rights are transferred.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Bid/No Bid App is a decision-support tool.

While it is built using professional experience and insight, it does not guarantee bid success or outcomes.

You remain responsible for:

  • Your own bid decisions
  • Commercial, legal, and financial outcomes

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of business or revenue
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Decisions made based on app outputs

10. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Bid/No Bid App available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or update the service
  • Temporarily suspend access for maintenance
  • Improve or change features over time
